We are located on the second floor at 792 South Main Street, close to exits 11 & 12 off I-495 and provide evaluation, consultation and treatment using all procedures standard in psychiatric practice.

The appointment number for the Psychiatry Clinic is 508-261-7111 (New appointments; if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a late cancellation fee and so we can make that time available for another patient.)
Missed Appointments: Patients are charged $50.00 for missed appointments unless the appointment was cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Insurance will not pay a missed appointment charge for you, so please make every effort to inform us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
What to Bring for Your First Clinic Appointment
Arrive at the Center at least 20 mins before your scheduled time & please bring the following:
- Picture identification
- Insurance ID card
- Required co-payment/deposit/deductible
- Medications - Prescription bottles and over-the counter medications
- Any paperwork from your previous psychiatrist or previous psychiatric hospital (such as discharge papers etc.)
- All insurance/referral information.
NECC Billing Office
As a courtesy, we check insurance benefits and seek to obtain appropriate authorization. However, we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company or the accuracy of the information they have given to us. You are encouraged to call your insurance company to ensure that your services are covered and that you have the appropriate referrals and authorizations. If you or your legal dependents receive services from your health insurance company, you will be held responsible for payment of all non-covered charges relating to them. It is important that you keep us updated on any changes to your insurance coverage.
